Michael Holm, CEO and founder of Systematic, invites you to an open and dialogue-based session where he shares experiences and reflections from the company’s journey into the global defense industry – from software development in Aarhus to strategic partnerships with NATO and international players.

Michael doesn’t just want to give a presentation; he aims to create a dialogue with participants. Therefore, we are planning an interactive afternoon where attendees are encouraged to ask questions, share perspectives, and challenge ideas along the way.

CEO and founder of Systematic – one of Denmark’s most prominent tech companies with global reach. Michael has led Systematic’s development since 1985 and has been a driving force behind the company’s entry into the defense sector. He will share his experiences balancing commercial growth, technological innovation, and social responsibility.

Michael Holm also holds several board positions – including at Salling Foundations, Energinet, and Copenhagen Airports A/S.
